About This Course

Purpose

Energy Accounting is an easy-to-adopt system designed to help manage stress and improve mental and physical health for autistic adolescents and adults. It was created by an autistic clinical psychologist, Maja Toudl, who will be co-presenting this webinar with Tony. Attendees will learn how to use this system for themselves, and/or with their clients.

Description

Everyday life can be stressful for neurodivergent people, with the potential for periods of chronic mental and physical exhaustion and burnout. Energy Accounting, a neurodiversity-affirming system for managing energy and stress, was created by Maja Toudal, an autistic clinical psychologist who lives in Copenhagen, Denmark. She further developed Energy Accounting with Tony Attwood, and they recently published the book Energy Accounting: Stress Management and Mental Health Monitoring for Autism and Related Conditions
